Call for presentations!
The North Carolina Arc Users Group (NCAUG) is pleased to announce its call for submissions for oral presentations at the 2014 26th Annual Fall Conference. Last year’s conference was another great success, with over 180 in attendance. Abstracts on any aspect of GIS are invited, as we like to showcase the cross-disciplinary and collaborative nature of GIS; abstracts that focus on this year’s conference theme, “NCAUG: It’s All About #Networking” are highly encouraged. Presentations will be grouped into themed sessions; there will be special sessions for Student presenters, Vendors, and those focused on our theme. For more information about the NCAUG Fall Conference, including all of the many exciting Conference events, please see our Conference page on our website at: www.ncaug.com.
Abstract Guidelines: All abstracts should be 300 words or less, include a presentation title, and contain no graphics. Please include ALL presenter names and affiliations, as well as the corresponding author’s e-mail address and phone number. Please include a short Bio of yourself for the moderator introduction. Indicate if you are a Student, Vendor, or would like to be considered for a special session. Presentations are scheduled for 25 minutes. Laptops, projectors, and internet access will be provided. The presenting author will have their registration fee waived, one per presentation. The registration fee includes the Sunset Boat Cruise, BBQ Networking Social, continental breakfast / box lunch, and a NCAUG shirt.
